With a mission to empower individuals and organisations to change the way they think, perform and present themselves for competitiveness and a responsible business environment, the Professional Approach Group first opened doors for business in September 2007 with Professional Approach Limited.

The entities under the Professional Approach Group are:

Professional Approach Development (formerly Professional Approach Limited) consults in training and personal development, recruitment, both locally and from the Diasporas and, the championing of “relationship before rule” labour relations.

Professional Approach Centre, that delivers business process outsourcing, call centre and telemarketing services.

Professional Approach Legal offers company secretarial, corporate governance and corporate law services.

Professional SMEs supports small and medium-sized institutions with business start up, management and governance services in their first 3 critical years of business; and

Maanisha Foundation is Professional Approach Group’s answer to the challenges posed by our educational system. Through print and electronic media, Maanisha “media edutainment” programs develop tenacious, entrepreneurial, professional and ethical mindsets in youth to prepare Tanzania youth for global business competitiveness.
