I grew up practically my whole life outside of Tanzania (ex: Northern Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and California) living a multi cultural life that opened my eyes to understanding people and the world. Which lead me to do a double major in Fresno Pacific University in Intercultural studies and Communication in Fresno California.

My call to media has always been something that has been a passion of mine having written in newspapers, spoken at different events, and working on different projects.  When I returned to Tanzania to see what opportunities are there, I fell in love with my own country and started travelling around seeing what I can do.

I worked In Bongo 5 Media, volunteered at different NGOS but it was not I was “discovered” at Capital TV did I start tapping into my true potential. The rest is history!
