As an advocate of the High Court since 2006, Ms. Mchaki is entitled to practise in the High Court and Courts subordinate to, with the exception of the Primary Court. In this capacity Ms. Mchaki practises as a Company Secretary and she has been fortunate to be appointed as a Board Director and Company Secretary for Insurance Group of Tanzania Limited (IGT) one of the upcoming Insurance companies in Tanzania. Ms. Mchaki has also served a full term as a Company Secretary for the Board Committee for Recruitment of Tanzania National Re-Insurance Corporation Limited (TAN-RE), TAN-RE being the only re-insurance company in Tanzania.

Ms. Mchaki was appointed by the British Council to present on a workshop that was specifically designed to empower small scale and upcoming entrepreneurs.

She also served as an Advisory Committee member of the National Museum of Tanzania and House of Culture in Dar es Salaam for a full four (4) year term and now is a Friend of the National Museum of Tanzania.

More opportunities are flowing through and Ms. Mchaki is currently appointed as the Board Director and Company Secretary of PAX Couriers Limited.
