Helen is a female Tanzanian resident. She has an Advanced Diploma in banking from the Institute of Finance Management.

Helen is currently the Recruitment Manager at Professional Approach (T). Her previous employers include The Aga Khan Health Services, Tanzania/ Aga Khan Hospital, Dar es Salaam where she worked as the Human Resources Officer- Recruitment & Special Projects; she also worked at Zantel (T) Ltd as the Human Resources Recruitment Executive/ Training & Performance Analyst, she was the Assistant Recruitment Consultant at Radar Recruitment (T) Ltd.

God being her number one reason to her success, the words, “impossible” and “I can’t” are not in Helen’s vocabulary, she is very focused and determined; she likes to see her work through to completion. Challenges and recognition motivates her highly.

Helen poses very good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili, she is articulate, enthusiastic and charming. She has an attitude which people often find themselves drawn to.
