With a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and has two major specializations in International Business and Marketing in addition to a minor in Economics from Park University, Lillian is the current Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility at Professional Approach Group.

Before joining the Professional Approach team, Ms Madeje worked with one of the largest dairy marketing cooperative in the United States in various departments starting from the Legal department where she interned with the Vice President for Legal Affairs for over a year after which she moved to the Marketing department where she was in charge of overseeing sales and customer relations for one of the Company’s Pennsylvania plants.

Having joined the Professional Approach Group as the Group Coordinator, she has built her profile and progressed to hold the current title of Public Relations and CSR Director only in a span of six months of employment.

Lillian is passionate about personal development and creating an environment where Tanzanians will be able to have the right set of skills and abilities to be more competent and professional. She believes in a progressive Tanzania but also understands that it can only be achieved with a change of mindset and she is on a mission to facilitate that change as she works with the Professional Approach Group Team.
